Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 bran
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 130 gr flour
- 50 gr shortening
- 36 gr nut meats
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Cream shortening. Add sugar and cream well. Add egg and beat. Add dry ingredients, nuts and bran. Spread in shallow pan, bake about 30 minutes, at 180ÂșC . Cut into suqares and roll in confectioner's sugar.
