Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 kahlua
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml cream
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 ml honey
- 180 ml oil
- 120 ml milk
- 120 ml sour cream
- 45 gr cocoa
- 26 gr sugar
- 16 gr instant coffee
- 9 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 gr cinnamon
- 5 gr creme de cacao
- 5 gr instant coffee
- 1 gr nutmeg
Mix all wet ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture, mix well. Spread into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 160ÂșC F for 1 hour 10 minutes. Coffee Kahlua Cream Glaze: Beat all ingredients until stiff and spread over cool cake. ----
