Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 carob chips
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 130 gr unbleached flour (white)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 38 gr mashed banana
Mash ripe banana with a fork, to measure quarter cup. Beat together with oil until creamy. Beat in egg. Add flour, oats, and chips; mix well. Drop batter by teaspoons onto lightly oiled baking sheets. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10 minutes or until cookies just start to brown around the edges. Cool on wire racks.
