Ingredients
- 5 black chinese tea
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 scallion
- 120 gr japanese buckwheat noodles
- 55 gr smooth peanut butter
- 26 ml soy sauce
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 8 gr granulated sugar
- 10 ml rice wine vinegar
- 5 ml chili oil
In a large pot, boil noodles until tender (follow directions on package). Drain well, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter or tahini with tea. Add the soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, and garlic to peanut butter mixture. Pour mixture over noodles and toss until well blended.
