Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready to use pie crust
- 1 pecan (pieces)
- 170 gr corn syrup (white)
- 110 gr butterscotch chips
- 100 gr sugar
- 34 gr butter melted (unsalted)
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Unfold pie crust; fit into 23 cm pie pan.
3. Scatter butterscotch chips and pecan pieces into pie shell.
4. Beat together butter, sugar, corn syrup and eggs in a medium sized bowl.
5. Pour over nuts and butterscotch chips.
6. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. If pie browns t o quickly, cover with aluminum foil after 20 minutes.
7. Cool completely on wire rack.
