Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 350 ml cream
- 65 gr black olives (sliced)
- 55 gr cheddar cheese
- some prepared tart shell
You can either bake this in 1 large tart shell or 4 smaller ones. PREHEAT OVEN TO 190ºC . Beat eggs lightly and mix in all other ingredients. Pour into prepared shell(s). Bake 30 minutes for a large shell, 20 minutes for smaller ones.
