Ingredients
- 375 gr bread flour
- 240 ml milk
- 75 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 20 gr butter
- 16 gr yeast
- 14 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 0.125 c less water.
