Ingredients
- 6 eggs (room temp)
- 1 none
- 450 ml sour cream room
- 450 gr sugar
- 280 gr vanilla wafers (crushed)
- 230 ml phila brand cream
- 110 gr butter melted
- 14 gr vanilla
- 4 gr cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Combine ingredients for crust and press into botton of greased 25 cm springform pan. Mix the filling ingredients and beat until well mixed, do not overbeat! Pour filling mixture in pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Recipe By : Her Aunt Hazel
