Ingredients
- 475 gr beef (ground cooked)
- 240 gr rice (cooked)
- 110 gr mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 80 ml milk
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 2 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 package tomato soup
In large bowl, combine soup, milk and parsley; stir to blend. Stir in rice, beef and onions. Turn into a 10x6 inch pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes.
