Ingredients
- 4 boned
- 2 apples (peeled)
- 650 ml fat free chicken broth boiling
- 300 gr couscous dry
- 85 gr golden raisins
- 60 gr slivered almonds (toasted)
- 1 gr coriander
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
Preheat oven to 200ºC . Combine all ingredients in a 9x13x2 inch glass baking pan . Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
The original recipe called for 2.5 c stock and quarter c unsalted butter. I have adapted it to reduce the fat.
