Ingredients
- 3 split chicken breasts in place of the chicken
- 1 chicken in size (cut serving)
- 1 orange peel (grated optional)
- 1 clara moody kiener
- 1 barbs notes i used chicken breast in place of the chicken (whole)
- 240 ml orange juice
- 120 ml water
- 80 gr mushrooms up (fresh)
- 60 ml wine (white)
- 16 gr cornstarch
- 16 ml orange juice concentrate (frozen optional)
- 16 ml orange juice concentrate (frozen)
- 1 slice green pepper (sliced)
- 1 slice onion (yellow sliced)
Next note: To very this I added a little cayenne pepper to the chicken with th e salt and it added a very nice spicy touch to it. Like this very much. . May add a little salsa to the veggies next time to see how the sweet and spicy flavor turns out.
