Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 270 gr oregon grown chicken
- 240 ml cream
- 65 gr olives (chopped)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr cayenne
Blend together cream, egg, egg yolks, salt, nutmeg and cayenne. Cut chicken into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Put into prepared quiche shell. Scatter olives over chicken. Pour custard filling over. Bake at 190ÂșC or 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
