Ingredients
- 3 green onions
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 425 gr chicken
- 180 ml mayonnaise
- 80 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 60 gr slivered almonds
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 slice bell pepper (red)
- 1 package water chestnuts
- 1 package cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package chow mein noodles
In large skillet, saute garlic, mushrooms and red pepper in 1-2 tablespoons butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles. Heat through. Put in 11x7 or 9x13 pan. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 180ÂșC or about 30 minutes or until bubbly. ----
