Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast (skinless boneless halves)
- 3/4 seedless green grapes (halved)
- 350 ml cream (heavy)
- 120 ml dry wine (white)
- 45 gr butter
- 22 ml vegetable oil
- some pepper
2.) Stir cream into pan. Boil, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Add chicken and grapes. Heat through.
