Ingredients
- 12 skillet heat butter
- 650 gr chicken skinned if desired (pieces)
- 120 ml water
- 120 ml dry wine (white)
- 80 gr tomato (fresh chopped)
- 28 gr porcini mushrooms (dried)
- 14 gr butter
- 16 ml olive oil
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 slice tomatoes parmesan cheese herb (sliced fresh optional freshly grated)
For sauce, skim fat from mixture in skillet. Bring to a boil; boil for about 5 minutes or until desired consistency. Pour over chicken. Serve with tomatoes sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan and herb(s).
