BROWN BEEF, AND REMOVE FAT. FRY ONIONS UNTIL SOFT. ADD GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE, AND THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS. SIMMER 2 HOURS, STIRRING OCASSIONALLY.
