Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 chocolate chips
- 1 coarsely (chopped)
- 300 gr chipits semisweet
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 170 gr peanut butter
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 110 gr shortening
- 110 gr banana
- 100 gr peanuts
- 9 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
With fork beat together sugar, peanut butter and shortening until well blended. Stir in banana and eggs; blend.well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon measure onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 180ÂșC (180C) oven dozen to 15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Cool. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 4 dozen. NOTE: Cookies freeze well.
