Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 170 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 120 gr dry macadamia nuts (roasted)
- 70 gr butter
- 30 ml milk
- 9 gr vanilla extract
- 8 gr flour
Preheat oven to 180ºC . In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and flour. With a fork or wooden spoon (not an electric mixer), beat in eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut until well mixed. Turn into pie crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until just barely set. Let pie cool, then refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours. JM ----
