- 1 cake mix
- 200 gr chocolate-covered raisins
- 180 ml vegetable oil
- 160 gr quick-cooking oats
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr cinnamon
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough about 5 cm apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. about 4 dozen cookies.
