Ingredients
- 1 bran cereal flakes
- 1 egg
- 900 gr butter
- 325 gr brown sugar
- 300 ml water
- 260 gr chocolate chunks
- 190 gr flour
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 140 gr nuts (chopped)
- 85 gr buttermilk powder
- 7 gr baking soda
Mix dry and wet ingreds separately. Combine--will be lumpy. Stir in chunks and nuts. Bake in lined muffin cups 25-30 mins, until toothpick test passes, and mufins are browned.
