Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml milk
- 130 gr hersheys chocolate syrup
- 55 gr butter
- 7 gr baking soda
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 180ºC F. Grease 23 cm square baking pan. In large mixer bowl, stir flour and sugar together. Remove half cup of mixture. Set aside. Stir baking soda, baking powder and salt into remaining flour. Add butter, egg, milk and chocolate syrup. Beat until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over top. Bake 30-35 minutes or until done. Serve warm or at room temperature.
