- 350 degree oven
- 16 teflon coated baking (pan)
- 3 roll
- 3 parts of dough
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 filling over the dough
- 525 gr all purpose flour
- 260 gr nestles chocolate quik
- 230 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 230 gr butter
- 120 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 230 ml cream cheese
browned. Cool in pan. Cut into slices and sprinkle tops generously with sifted powdered sugar. Yields 24 to 28 slices. Chocolate Filling: Use quarter of the filling on each of the strudels. Note: These can be prepared 1 day earlier and wrapped securely with plastic wrap. These can be frozen after they are baked. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar before serving.
