Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 190 gr flour
- 130 gr sugar
- 120 gr raisins opt
- 100 gr nuts (chopped)
- 55 gr butter
- 28 gr cocoa
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven to 350� Prepare 8x4 inch loaf pan Cream butter, sugar and egg. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk, s tir in nuts and raisins.
Bake for 55-60 minutes.
