Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 soft oleo
- 500 gr sifted powdered sugar
- 350 gr sugar
- 325 gr flour
- 260 gr zucchini (grated)
- 120 ml sour milk
- 120 ml oil
- 50 gr chocolate chips
- 22 gr cocoa
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr butter softened of salt
Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Beat in vanilla and salt. Gradually add powdered sugar. Blend well. Frost cake.
