Ingredients
- 2 1/2 eye of round roast
- 180 ml ketchup
- 180 ml apple juice
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr cayenne
Spray a dutch oven with Pam. Heat over medium high heat until hot. Add roast; cook 4-6 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
Combine ketchup & remaining ingredients. Pour over roast & cover tightly. Bake at 160ÂșC for 2.5 hours or until roast is tender. To serve, slice roast thinly; arrange on serving platter. Spoon sauce over slices.
