Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 1 1/2 cilantro (fresh)
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 40 gr parmesan cheese
- 36 gr pine nuts
- 14 gr parsley
- 1 gr salt
Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container; cover and process until well blended. Makes about 1.25 cups Pesto
