Ingredients
- 9 springform (pan)
- 3 eggs
- 350 ml sour cream
- 350 gr sugar
- 325 gr graham wafer crumbs
- 450 ml cream cheese
- 110 gr melted butter
- 60 gr flaked
- 4 gr vanilla extract
- 1 gr cinnamon
Filling: Beat cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, then beat in eggs until very smooth. Bake at 180ºC for about 20 minutes, oruntil firm in the centre. (May take 30 minutes) Topping: Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spoon onto cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and distribute nuts over the top. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
