- 1/2 all-purpose
- 400 gr flour
- 180 ml warm water
- 120 ml warm milk
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr packed brown sugar
- 60 ml warm water
- 50 gr sugar
- 24 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 4 gr salt
