- 2 eggs
- 1 butter
- 1 frosting
- 400 gr sugar
- 250 gr all purpose flour
- 240 ml water
- 120 ml buttermilk
- 120 ml oil
- 45 gr cocoa
- 7 gr baking soda
- 3 gr almond extract

Bring to boil. Pour over dry mixture. Blend well. Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda & almond extract. Blend thoroughly. Pour into rectangular baking pan. Microwave until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. About 10-12 minutes. Remove cake from oven. Spread icing evenly over cake. Cool. Add a few candles or a lot of candles & happy birthday!! Approximately 12-15 minutes. ----
