Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- 300 gr sugar
- 280 gr unbleached all-purpose flour
- 140 gr nuts (finely chopped)
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 28 gr cocoa
- 16 gr baking powder
- 3 gr salt
Preheat the oven to 180ºC . Grease and flour a 9 X 5 X 8 cm loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the nuts. Beat with a spoon for 30 seconds, then stir in the nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until a wooden pick, inserted in the center, comes out clean. Cool, on a wire rack in the pan, for 10 minutes then remove the loaf from the pan. Wrap tightly in Aluminum foil and cool completely before cutting.
