Ingredients
- 1 egg (white)
- 1 recipe by americas famous name brands
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 180 ml applesauce
- 170 gr baking soda
- 160 gr unbleached flour
- 55 gr margarine
- 22 gr cocoa powder
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 23 cm square pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine, margarine, applesauce, and egg white. In another mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes. ----
