Ingredients
- 3 shallots (minced)
- 2 cod in (cut serving)
- 1 seasoned flour bread crumbs
- 240 ml sour cream
- 160 gr mushrooms (sliced)
- 20 gr parmesan (grated)
- 5 gr dill
- 2 gr parsley (chopped)
*Salt, pepper, paprika, wheat germ and sunflower seed. Saute shallots, then saute mushrooms. Remove from heat, add dill and parsley; reserve. Rinse fish; pat dry and dust with seasoned flour. Arrange half mushrooms on bottom of buttered baking dish, cover with fish and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle on grated cheese; spoon on sour cream. Top with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
