Ingredients
- 1/2 sesame seed
- 160 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 20 gr celery seeds
- 18 gr poppy seeds
- 6 gr instant onion (minced)
- 6 gr salt
- 5 gr paprika
- 3 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr dill seed (dried)
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 gr garlic salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Put in a 1 litre airtight container and label as Super Salad Sesoning Mix. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 to 4 months. Makes about 3 cups of mix. Use Super Salad Sesoning Mix on the following: Sprinkled topping over tossed green salads, baked potatoes and buttered French bread or rolls before toasting, as a garnish for potato salads, macaroni or egg salads and as a sour cream dip made with 2 T of mix to 1 cup of sour cream.
