Ingredients
- 6 egg
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 90 ml vegetable oil
- 45 gr flour
Whiz all ingredients up in the blender until smooth. Spoon onto hot griddle and turn as you would any other pancake you know, when the bubbles appear, etc. Usually when I make these, I make them quite small must be a carry-over when the kids were small and they wanted zillions of tiny pancakes instead of 2-3 inchregular" ones.
