Ingredients
- 600 gr hash brown potatoes (frozen)
- 450 gr cubed roast beef (cooked)
- 270 gr vegetable combination see note (frozen)
- 180 ml milk
- 120 gr pasteurized process cheese spread
- 55 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 40 gr frenchs french onions (fried)
- 1 gr seasoned salt
- 1 gr black pepper (freshly ground)
*Broccoli, corn & red pepper.
Heat oven to 190ºC . Spoon cheese spread into 8x12 baking dish; place in oven just until cheese melts, about 5 min. Using ford, stir milk into melted cheese until well blended. Stir in beef, vegetables, potatoes, � can French fried onions and the seasonings. Bake, covered at 375� 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with Cheddar Cheese; sprinkle remaining onions down center. Bake, uncovered, 3 min. or until onions are golden brown.
