Ingredients
- 6 peppercorns
- 2 parsley stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stalk leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 bayleaf
- 950 ml water
- 4 gr salt
- 1/2 slices lemon (sliced)
Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Add white wine up to 1 litre if desired. Simmer 30 minutes if used.
