Ingredients
- 1,400 ml vegetable broth
- 400 gr couscous
- 160 gr sun tomatoes (dried)
- 60 gr onion flakes
- 2 gr garlic powder
Combine tomatoes, onion flakes, garlic powder, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in couscous; reduce temperature to low, cover, and simmer 5 to 8 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed.
