Ingredients

- 1/4 cracker meal
- 260 gr backfin crabmeat
- 10 ml mayonnaise
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes. Sautee in butter. Servehot with tarragon sauce (see separate recipe).
