Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 sprinkle of garlic powder
- 1 sprinkle of onions (dried)
- 300 gr oats
- 190 gr carrots (grated)
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 45 gr cabbage (diced)
Mix, shape, bake on cookie sheet at 200ºC or about 20 minutes. I like to make these along with Rosie fries, for a "junk food" type of meal with my family.
