Ingredients
- 16 celery ribs
- 8 carrots
- 8 cranberries
- 4 onions
- 1/2 marmalade
- 3,700 gr cornbread day old
- 350 gr italian sausage (hot)
- 240 gr maple syrup
- 170 gr italian sausage sweet
- 130 gr butter (salted)
- 120 ml olive oil
- 50 gr rosemary (dried)
well. Add crumbled cornbread and mix very well. You might need two big bowls. This stuffing can be baked inside a turkey, or in a separate pan.
