- 240 ml sauce (thick white)
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr green pepper
- 2 gr onion
Mix mixture thoroughly. Shape into balls or patties dip in egg prepared as for fillets, then in crumbs, and fry in deep fat at 190ÂșC . Serve with tomato sauce. Generalized recipe made specific for Croakers
