Ingredients
- 3 pork shoulder chops
- 1 1/2 bamboo shoots
- 1 salt
- 350 ml water chestnuts
- 280 gr chicken
- 100 gr celery
- 120 ml chicken broth
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 2 gr sugar
Combine all ingredients in crockpot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours. If desired, thicken sauce with a cornstarch-water paste just before serving.
Double recipe for a 5 litre crockpot.
