Ingredients
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml sour cream
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr raisins (chopped)
- 95 gr shortening
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Sift flour, measure, and sift. Cream sugar and shortening. Add flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crummy. Save half cup of this mixture for top of cake. Comb ine remainder with sour cream and raisins. Beat thoroughly. Add baking powder a nd baking soda. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Sprinkle with the half cup crumbs . Bake in moderate oven (350 F) about 40 minutes.
