Ingredients
- 2 wheat pita breads in (whole cut)
- 240 gr firm tofu lowfat
- 65 gr carrots (shredded)
- 45 ml lowfat mayonnaise
- 5 ml dijon mustard
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr curry powder
In a bowl, combine mayo, mustard, turmeric and curry powder. Gently stir in tofu, carrots and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss to combine. Chill.
Spoon into pita pockets and serve.
