Ingredients
- 100 oat bran
- 1 egg
- 180 ml warm water
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 130 gr better for bread
- 26 gr sugar
- 3 gr salt
- 1 package yeast
Set machine's browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "Oat/French" and push "Start."
