Ingredients
- 375 gr bread flour
- 270 ml water
- 270 ml buttermilk
- 45 ml honey
- 55 gr dry buttermilk powder
- 14 gr butter
- 10 ml more buttermilk
- 6 gr star dry yeast (red active)
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
