Ingredients
- 2 3/8 bisquick
- 1 egg
- 160 ml milk
- 75 gr packed brown sugar
- 28 gr firm margarine
- 26 gr sugar
- 1 gr cinnamon
Heat oven to 190ºC . Grease round pan, 9 x 4 cm. Prepare Streusel topping; reserve. Mix all remaining ingredients, beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings. For the streusel topping: Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
