- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 475 ml sour cream
- 450 ml cream cheese
- 150 gr sugar
- 8 gr vanilla
Using 20 cm or 23 cm springform pan, press your favorite crumb crust recipe on bottom and half way up sides or use readymade crumb pie crust. Chill. With mixer, blend 1st layer ingredients until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 180ºC . for 20 minutes. Cool. With mixer, blend 2nd layer ingredients until smooth.
