Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr cake flour
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr butter
- 65 gr shortening
- 7 gr baking powder
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening, sugar and egg. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin tins two third full. Bake at 180ÂșC or 20-25 minutes or until golden. Let cool for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the half cup of sugar and 1 teasp cinnamon in a cup. Roll warm muffins in melted butter, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Serve warm. Yield: 8-10
