Ingredients
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 300 ml milk
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml yogurt (plain)
- 55 gr melted butter
- 14 gr sugar
- 9 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, sugar, and salt. Combine yogurt, milk, and eggs. Stir in butter. Pour liquids into flour mixture, mixing just until dampened. Pour quarter cup batter on hot greased griddle for each pancake. Makes 16 pancakes, 11 cm.
